We accept STEP, STL, IGES, and DXF formats. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you in converting your files.
Can you help with 3D modeling?
Yes, we offer CAD/3D modeling services. Our engineers can help develop or convert your design. We even offer a fitment check via 3D print before machining.
Where are your parts made?
We work with trusted manufacturing facilities and every part goes through strict quality control before it reaches you.
What tolerances do you offer?
Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.005”, and metal 3D printing tolerance is typically ±0.010”. If you need tighter specs, let us know in advance.
How long does it take to receive my parts?
Most orders are completed and shipped within 7–12 business days. Expedited options are available upon request.
What happens if my part is incorrect?
We stand by our quality guarantee. If your part is significantly out of spec, we’ll offer a reattempt or alternative solution.
Do you price match?
Yes, we price match any reasonable quote from a competitor. Just send us proof of the quote and we’ll work with you.
